Privacy notice

Information we use
Lite Foundry uses your account provider’s stable identifier, name and email address to sign you in and associate your workshop progress with your account. Your email domain is profile metadata that helps instructors search their class roster. It does not automatically establish organization membership or permissions.
We also process workshop enrollment, answers, results, scores, completion records, attendance names and classroom collaboration activity. Your chosen display name, score and shared classroom contributions can be visible to other participants. Authorized instructors can access their workshop roster and results.
If you upload a profile picture, we crop and process it into a static image, remove embedded metadata and store the processed copy with Cloudflare. Its visibility follows your profile settings. Replacing or removing it stops access through its old link; unreferenced uploads are eligible for deletion after 24 hours by scheduled cleanup. The original file is not retained on the server.
Sign-in and cookies
Lite Foundry does not create or store a local password for you. Available sign-in providers are shown on the login page. Microsoft and Google authenticate you on their own services. Their privacy terms apply to that authentication. We use essential cookies for sign-in, session security and workshop preferences. Provider tokens are used during sign-in and are not retained as workshop credentials.
Hosting and service providers
The website and application database use Cloudflare services. Live workshop lab infrastructure may use Microsoft Azure. Some earlier deployments use ChatGPT Sites. These services can process operational and security logs under their own terms. We do not claim that all application data or processing remains exclusively in the United States.
Contact form submissions go through FormSubmit and are sent to the workshop organizer by email. Avoid submitting passwords, secrets or sensitive incident data. The contact form links to FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Retention and requests
Workshop records remain available for learning history and workshop administration. Session records expire after eight hours; unused sign-in attempts expire after ten minutes. Expired authentication records are cleaned during subsequent sign-ins. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, including workshop records. We review requests in light of account ownership and the relevant class or organization’s requirements.
